Hi Donnie, I need to say this right now because I couldn't sleep. Well we had to look for my great grand daughter who ran away earlier this evening. We prayed and found her after seven hours. It is now 2:30am. I'm glad you are here. I needed this. So that is what I was doing. She is 16 years old, her name is Faith and beautiful. Please say a prayer for her because she is lost in her heart. Thank you for listening to me.

I’m so glad that you found her. My oldest child is 16 and he has had his moments definitely. Praying for our teenagers to be protected and guided. I used to teach teenagers. It’s an exciting time, but it’s a very rocky and trying time as well. I will pray 🙏.

I find it amazing how some people can find food tasty when often they have their feet in their mouths. I know I can’t choose paths for others and I have no right to tell others what to do. My mother’s generation was bad about that. I can’t control the media or the government. This poem I wrote explains my heart.

I’m only responsible for my actions not others reactions.

My desire is to be loving, prayerfully caring and kind.

How will I appear to the one who is returning for me?

Have I encouraged others or caused fear?

Has my doubts caused others to lose trust?

Did I open the book of mysteries?

My lamp is full of oil and I’m prepared.

I’m trusting, loyal wearing my confidence.

Will others remember I cared?

Peace begins within.

Seeking pure truth knows His way.

Falling in the love of what’s true who is you?

Ambling along a beautiful trail, while rambling in a heartfelt manner that is inspired, is a great way to spend one’s day.

Thank you Donnie. Your thoughts this morning are very thought provoking. I do try to stay in a positive frame of mind, however, there are times that I do throw my thoughts out to someone, ie, you should do this or that.

I find myself leaning on the Lord more and more each day, that's where my strength comes from.

Hi Donny... I hope you're well. I'm India Freitas from Brazil and I'm a big fan of your work. Thank you for sharing your faith with us. If I told you I'm doing well, it would be a pipe dream... In this time of great insecurity and uncertainty that we're living in, it's hard to understand what happens to the human mind, which becomes disgraced over nothing... I pray for humanity, for you, for me, and for peace in our hearts... Graham asked us: "How much can these moments of crisis affect our minds?" Honestly, I don't know... I know the world needs more love... A hug from Brazil. Blessings 🙏

I understand that these have been some heart breaking times. Rest assured that God is not surprised and He continues to sit on the throne.

Donny, this topic is a question I reflect on often: “What are you doing?” Paul spoke about the struggle with his sinful nature in Romans 7:19. If I might take it out of context, I find a portion of his answer particularly relevant to my daily journey. I often struggle with not doing what I want, instead doing what I don't want to do, which is nothing. I become a hostage to negativity and doubt, preventing me from pursuing my desires. Your question has encouraged me to break free from this stagnation and start walking more in God’s plan, seeking His guidance. Thank you for providing another awakening moment for me. Be blessed!

Thanks Donny for another great prayer walk. I envy the sights you get to see during your walks with God.

Where am I going or what am I doing is a question I often ask myself. I'm trying my best to honor God and his word. Also trying to honor my mom by help taking care of her. Please continue to pray for her as she fell again and fractured 3 vertebrae in her back. In Rehab Center now. Thanks for prayers.

The forest is cool and the air is fresh. Do you walk about 10,000steps? I went to a theme park the other day and walked over 10,000 steps. It's wonderful that you're busy ,working, and active. I abmire you. You value the time you spend at your desk and the time you spend teaching calligraphy at the community center. 💪👏🦵💚🙏🤗

What do I do? Thought provoking question to ponder. 🤔 I’m human and I can easily fall prey to old habits, and to be honest, it has happened on occasion, but it’s what I do now in recognizing it quicker than in the past and begin the process of releasing it to God. Recognizing when it starts helps me to not stay in the fear of limitations, so I can work through it releasing the burden to God. That’s what I try to do so joy and gratitude are spoken once again in my life. Thanks for sharing Donny!

Tomorrow my family is taking my dad out for his birthday. But, on a normal week, I try to find someone to share the love of Jesus with. I must admit that I am not as successful as I wish, but I do try. After the murder of Charlie Kirk that I am trying to be bolder.

I don't think we are equip to understand the degree of "success" we may or may not have when sharing the love of Jesus. Some times we plant the seed, some times we water the seed, some times we support the seed and some times we fertilize the seed. Not all phases get to see the seed grow and bear fruit. We trust in God to do His will as we love whom ever He allows us to interact with.

Thank you for this very thought provoking prayer walk Donny. What I’m doing ? Since the school started I am the grandma bus to school and after school to our two youngest grandkids. Along with other volunteering at Food Pantry every Tuesday a grueling 12 hours and when they need a driver to deliver meals on wheels I jump on that too. Once a month I attend meetings away from home as I am a board member Council For The Aging . My plate is full and I drive to Mayo 710 miles one way quarterly for my minor procedure to have a little quality of life. And in between help drive for my husband PT & Drs. appointments as he can’t drive more than 15 minutes. My daily rituals of reading a few scriptures , meditate and I do try weather permits early morning walk in natures around my neighborhood farms.

Donny - If this is not the question of the day "What are we doing?" I am not sure what is! It is so hard at times to remember - as I hear so often in education "my why?" Why am I teaching? Why am I struggling? Why is this so difficult? Why are decisions so complicated? As someone who struggles with staying out of my own way, I ask this question all the time. The what am I doing and why am I doing it? I have lived a long time with self doubt and tend to get in my own way a lot of the time. With much guidance and growth I have learned that instead of fighting the negative I either walk away from the situation or I find the will to persevere. There is a quote by Jordan Peterson "You don't get to choose not to pay the price, you get to choose which price you pay."

I try to remember we are all forging our own path, and my path has to be what is best for me. If you can't take care of yourself, you can never take care of others. Blessings to you.
