Can you move mountains?

Mark 11:23, Matthew 17:20, Luke 16:6

I do believe that with unwavering faith, mountains can be moved. So, how do we know we have enough faith? Why do we not always get what we ‘believe’ for?

Have you ever spoken with someone only to have them take one or two things you said and leave the rest out? How does that make you feel? Misunderstood? Like they took what you said out of context?

Why do we do that with God? Why do we take a portion of scripture and put it on a mug? Could we be missing the point?

When we take only a piece of what someone says (including scripture), is it in an effort to suit our agenda, find support for what we want to believe is right, to temporarily make ourselves feel better? Or are we seeking to know God and find the truth?

Faith in Motion:

Read all of Mark 11, Mathew 17 and 18, and Luke 17. Tell us what stood out to you. Did you see something you haven’t noticed before?
