My wife went to be with the Lord on this date 1 year ago, I met Donny just a few days later, we stood and prayed together in a Canadian grocery store. While it has been a tough year, the hardest season of my life, my sorrow has been tempered by the joy of knowing she now stands in the Glory of our God, truly the ONLY place I would rather her be than by my side. I pray that if the hurt, pain and grief in this life can be used to bring us closer to Him, may the tears fall like rain. My grandson asked Jesus into his heart recently and was baptized today at our church, he chose this day to do it so that there would be more than the sorrow of losing his Nana, there would be the joy of finding his Savior. All Glory to Him El Elyon.
Hello, I am new to the community and it feels vulnerable to ask for prayers, but I am going through big moment of healing and feeling deep pain and anger and need help with forgiving myself and others for the pain that was inflicted on me and the pain I've caused others. Im having a hard time opening to the love and grace of God and could use support and prayers. Thank you so much.
Thank you for stepping in faith and asking for prayer. I am praying for you right now. May God show you His grace and mercy, love and kindness. As you learn the beauty of forgiveness.
For strenghtened faith as I try to hold fast to my spiritual convictions through these challenging times. I want to get to a point that the outside influences of the world won't take hold of me and that I can have the courage to be a beacon to others as you are to us. Thank you for giving of your time, faith and prayers. They are felt.
Donny I’m not asking for any prayers for myself. I’m asking for prayers for you for Graham and for Kerry. Pray that both Graham and Kerry continue their journeys and find joy and happiness everything that they do.
And the prayer for you is that you continue these prayer walks and continue to give of yourself in the kind and gentle manner that you do. I don’t believe that you truly understand what an inspiration you are to all of us thank you.
I have a prayer request as a Mom and former teacher. This time of year is stressful for teachers as they wrap everything up towards the end of the school year and many changes happen this time of year. Pray for teachers to be able to endure these last few weeks of the school year. Also, kids are tired of certain things at all grade levels. They are ready for a break. Please pray that they can focus on school. This time of year tends to be violent in nature for some reason towards the end of the school year in the United States for some reason and I definitely would appreciate it if you pray for the safety of students, teachers, and staff nationwide.
As for a personal request, I pray for patience and wisdom as a Mom with a full plate that seems to be overflowing some days lol.
Donny I need prayers the Dr has found a large nodular on my left thyroid and it's pushing my windpipe over and completely covering my left thyroid so I'm going to have to have surgery also pray for me financially cause I haven't been able to work since Christmas 🙏🙏 Thank you for all your prayers cause what you do means a lot to me and has helped me to look at my life and actions more than what I have before 🙏🙏
Over a year ago I requested prayer for my son Chris who suffered a hemorrhagic stroke. I really appreciated the prayer and kind comments in response to that request and I even shared them with Chris for encouragement. He was touched that strangers would show such concern. He continues to recover to regain memory but has very intense anxiety and depression. He is presently an inpatient to try and get these problems under control. Please pray for the professionals wisdom in treating him and for his continued recovery. His collapse was 2 years ago this month at the age of 36.
I have a prayer request for my sister-in-law who is on last in life. She is in hospice now. Please pray for her daughter and grandchildren whom she loves dearly. Thank you Donnie.
I know you pray and are diligent enough to do it. I’m getting better but I lack confidence in walking with my eyes deceive me sometimes so I hesitate to step out.
Hi Donny, I have to do the talk at Church on 27th and would appreciate prayer that I would know for sure what it is God wants me to talk on. I think it is on Doubt but then realised I had listened to a talk by Craig Groshel on doubt about 4 weeks ago so wondered if I was thinking of that when I read John 29:19-31 TPT and the phrase at the end of v27 jumped out at me.
I just want to thank God for your prayer walks. They are a powerful testimony of your love for Jesus and it inspires me. I teach Year 2 at a Christian School in Australia. Please pray for my beautiful children in 2B. My prayer is that they may come to know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour and walk with Him their whole life.
Good evening Donny. I would like to pray for all those here in the community, and those who are going through some rough times where ever they are right now. And I will also pray for you as well. Thank you Donny for everything.
I lost my husband two years ago and my life has been turned completely upside down! Now I feel as though I’m coming out the other side of this grief process.
We bought our dream home which since his passing I’ve had to sell and now live in a tiny home in my son’s backyard. I have health issues which is why I chose this option. I know later in my life I’m going to need help which is why I chose this option.
The sermon in church today was about seeking God’s peace that he so generously offers to each of us, every day! Please pray for peace of mind for me!
From the bottom of my heart, thank you and God bless!!!
God's peace be with you LeAnn. My husband died in 2023 also. I'm glad you can say that you feel as though you are coming out the other side of this grief process. I can say the same. I found a program called GriefShare (griefshare.org), hosted by many denominations in the US and Canada, in person and online. In the program they would say that what you described were signs of healing. I keep looking for those, and pray that you will continue to find signs of healing.
Hi Linda! My thoughts and prayers go out to you! I too have found Grief Share in my home town. A church hosts the weekly meeting. I have found this program is amazing and very helpful.
Pray for my step mom Karol. Her health is going down hill fast.
Also pray for my husband, he is a long haul trucker. He is tired. He has been in the seat for 35 years. He has over 5 million miles under his belt. His health is not the best but it is getting better. He stays out on the road for weeks at a time. When he comes home, he usually gets a couple days off and has to go again. He is our only income as I am physically disabled.
Thank you for the offer to pray for my intentions. Please pray for the 15 beautiful adults being baptized in my Parish church next Saturday night. May the graces of their baptism help them continue to grow in faith, hope and love in the months and years ahead. God is good!
Thank you ! I so appreciate these prayer walks. I would like you to pray for our oldest son Brandon .He was in the hospital for a week and nearly died twice he has a rare form of muscular dystrophy . I know the Lord has blessed him and we thankful he is still with us! Love and prayers to all those that need it! 🩷
Donny, I would like to thank you and all that prayed for my mom. She was home for about three weeks and had to put her back in the hospital last week. Thank God she gets to come home tomorrow. God is good! Please pray that I will continue to make the right decisions for her as her mind is not good since she fell and hit her head.
I am struggling with staying in Virginia and miss my home in Tennessee. I know this is selfish on my part.
Donny, I have several on my weekly prayer list this week. Genesa Metcalf, Becky Pritt,Denise Davis, Debbie Wright, Betty Medders, Joyce and Kathy Lamonica. Thank you my friend in Christ. Blessings to you. Miss Peg
I need a prayer for my daughter the she has a hemglobia next to her baby in side of her stomach and the doctors said that it could rupsher and she could lose the baby .they said they will probley take the baby some time on the3 or6,the of september so please keep her in everyone's prayer
Im new at this, been watching your prayer walks and enjoying them so much, thank you for doing this. My daughter Jamie is 56 years old and needs a liver transplant, she also has neuropathy in both feet & legs, & hands and arms. Please pray for her pain with the neuropathy to be gone and that she will be able to receive a liver transplants very soon.
A young woman my daughter knew at her rehab facility overdosed last week and died. The girl had children. Her children need prayer. My daughter is grieving over this she needs prayer too.
How does someone deal with an unfounded boundary. How does one pray about that? Do you just step away or just become quiet? How does one figure out why?
I think it is important to first define what an "unfounded boundary" is. Unfounded according to whom?
How was that position measured? With scripture, personal feelings, desired outcomes, hurt?
I believe it is wise to pray openly and honestly to God the father, who knows everything already. Confess any sin you may have to him and then make your request known to Him. It is important to reflect on how Jesus prayed in the garden before he was taken to be crucified ... "not my will, but Gods be done".
Does one "need" to figure out the "why"?
Why does one feel they "need" to know the why? For what purpose? To serve and love people better? To count others as more important than oneself?
Please pray for your good friend, Graham. In his “live” this morning he seemed distressed and talked about it. He has put himself into a very difficult situation and the way out is escaping him. Pray that while he is on his road trip he finds peace, courage and a vision for his future that I believe is in Canada. He is not himself, looks lost and I believe in need of all our prayers. I pray he doesn’t let his pride stop him from finding real peace.
Pray for your good friend Graham as he continues in a direction completely opposite of what he has been telling us, His followers to do. Pray for the Lord to give him the courage and strength to do the right thing for his health and wellbeing. He is getting off track. We pray for him daily hoping that he will see the light. He has told us of his struggles in his last chat. His buzz words, authenticity, integrity seem to be lost in the fog.
I mentioned this a few weeks ago. My daughter is a foster parent to a 3 yr old and a 15 yr boy (brothers) Anyway, the birth mom had accused my daughter of physically abusing the 3
Yr old. She teaches him about Jesus and is very calm to him. She is also an ESL teacher and could lose her job if charges were brought against her. Well, after much prayer,CPS dropped the case, and they want her to keep the boys for now!!
I like following you in your morning prayers…I never know how it will go,….always very interesting, simple and profound at the same time….No fuss but from the heart of Donny Mac! Thanks for being you❣️🙏
Can you imagine being married to someone who doesn’t touch you? Unless it’s holding on to an arm I’m not touched at all. I can’t change his heart only God can. This leaves me lonely and not really loved. I don’t know what to do about it other than pray. I feel like a turtle just wanting to hide away.
My daughter and son-in-law along with 4 growing boys just got evicted from the motel they have been living in. They have been desperately trying to find a house to purchase with no luck. They really need prayers to help them in this situation. Any and all prayers are really needed. Thank you in the name of the Lord.

If someone stops talking to you is that a red flag?
Trying something new. I want to do it but I’m afraid I might not be accepted. I’m stepping out. I need prayer to get rid of the butterflies.
